  2. You will then be sent login details to the online platform.
  3. Your online account will contain everything you’ll need to know to be able to prepare and submit your entries.
  4. Read through the lists of categories and criteria below.
  5. Follow the Awards on social media to stay up-to-date on all the Awards news, updates and deadlines.

Once you’ve chosen your categories, written your entries, and submitted any supporting materials you can encourage your customers to vote by sharing your entry page unique URL.

Brand Categories

Who can enter?

Any Distributor with a registered office in Australia or New Zealand working with the aesthetic, Plastic Surgery or Dermatology industry.

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created by our panel on how entries have met the required criteria. Secondly, entrants will be able to ask clients and industry peers to vote for them. The winner will then be decided by the judging panel taking into further consideration the entry and the results of the online voting.

Criteria

The entrant will demonstrate that they excel in the following areas:

  • Give examples of outstanding customer service and submit customer testimonials.
  • Provide evidence of your continuing support and training processes you have implemented for your customers.
  • Demonstrate your companies processes and policies in selecting new products and bringing them to market
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of these products to the end consumer with supporting clinical data.
  • The range of products you distribute, why you have chosen the products over others on the market.
  • What differentiates you from other distribution companies? Why do you stand out from the crowd?

Criteria

This award recognizes effective and innovative marketing materials and support offered to customers. How do you go above and beyond your competitors? The panel will be looking for evidence of the following:

  • Print Advertising ? Creativity of an advert and whether it captivated the intended audience. The panel will decide if the concept, design, headline and text are memorable, captivating and effective for its purpose.
  • PR Support ? Do you supply regular press releases for your customers to use in national and local press? Has this captured the imagination of the local audience?
  • Do you offer social media support for your customers and keep in touch with their individual campaigns?
  • Testimonials from customers
  • Do you offer online marketing design templates for e-blast or newsletters

Who can enter?

Any sales Representative working for a company, within the aesthetic, dermatology or Plastic surgery industry registered in Australia or New Zealand.

  • Can you demonstrate how you go above and beyond to support your customers?
  • How do you handle crisis management?
  • Can you demonstrate your breadth of knowledge for your product and your continued professional development?
  • Have you increased revenue for your customers?
  • Have you grown your customer base, what initiatives have you brought to the company?
  • Can you demonstrate increased customer retention and satisfaction
  • Testimonials from customers

Entrants will need to demonstrate a true understanding of their customers' needs through the delivery of a customer service loyalty program. The panel will look for achievements and initiatives that show proof of the impact of an innovative customer care strategy on retention levels and customer satisfaction.

    Criteria

    Training programmes of outstanding quality will be judged on the following criteria:

    • Does your training program effectively demonstrate advancements in the knowledge base of aesthetic medical professionals that attend?
    • Does your training program engage with your delegates and is it well received?
    • Can you demonstrate your breadth of knowledge in the subject being taught?
    • How much time is allocated to practical hands on assessment?
    • What level of support do you offer following training such as e-learning, videos or mentoring?
    • Do you offer a full range of training workshops within Aestheics?
    • Is your training course accredited?
