How to Enter?

Entries for The 2017 MyFaceMyBody Customer Service Awards open on 25th May 2017.

To prepare to submit entries you require a MyFaceMyBody Membership Account (standard requirement).

  1. Register your interest
    • You will be contacted by our team to complete registration of your account.
    • You will then be sent login details to the online platform.
    • Once entries open your online account will contain everything you’ll need to know to be able to prepare and submit your entries.
  2. Read through the lists of categories and criteria below.
  3. Follow the Awards on social media to stay up-to-date on all the Awards news, updates and deadlines.

Once you’ve chosen your categories, written your entries, and submitted any supporting materials you can encourage your customers to vote by sharing your entry page unique URL.

Who can enter?

Any Board Certified Plastic Surgeon based in the Australia & New Zealand ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member)

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created based on the number of votes you receive from you patients, industry peers and suppliers. The winner will be decided by an international judging panel taking into consideration how well the criteria was met and on the submission of at least one case study, not previously submitted for any other awards

  • Tell us about the areas of plastic surgery you specialize in.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high levels of patient care & safety.
  • How long have you practiced for?
  • Where did you train?
  • What accreditations do you have?
  • Demonstrate ongoing professional education, training and revalidation, where applicable.
  • Provide examples/case studies of your work and details of how it has helped individuals.
  • Examples of patient testimonial.
  • Demonstrate significant contribution to the industry in the last 12 months.

Who can enter?

Any Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dermatologist or Aesthetic Practitioner based in the Australia and New Zealand ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member) who have started working in the last 18 months

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created based on the number of votes you receive from you patients, industry peers and suppliers. The winner will be decided by an international judging panel taking into consideration how well the criteria was met and on the submission of at least one case study, not previously submitted for any other awards

Criteria

The Rising Star Award recognizes outstanding individual achievement. The winner will have to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrate Hard work, drive and dedication to your chosen field.
  • Any achievements in your career to date, examples of your continued professional development.
  • Explain any hurdles you have overcome to help a client.
  • What makes you stand out from other upcoming professionals within your field.
  • Evidence of how you go beyond the regular duty of care for your clients, and a commitment to high levels of customer care & Safety.
  • Provide examples/case studies of your work and details of how it has helped individuals.
  • Patient and colleague testimonials.

Who can enter?

Any Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dermatologist or Aesthetic Practitioner based in the Australia and New Zealand ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member)

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created based on the number of votes you receive from you patients, industry peers and suppliers. The winner will be decided by an international judging panel taking into consideration how well the criteria was met and on the submission of at least one case study, not previously submitted for any other awards. Case study must have undergone a combination of treatments (Minimum 3 procedures)

Criteria

The winner will need to provide evidence of

  • A full treatment plan/Case report detailing the patient?s initial concerns, details of your diagnosis and the reasoning for the recommended treatments, including alternative options presented to the patient.
  • Before and after pictures including close ups of the areas treated.
  • A testimonial from the patient ? the patient?s story and how has the treatment impacted on their life?
  • Evidence if your case study created a story and attracted media attention for the outstanding results creating awareness for future patients of your practice?
  • Evidence that the treatment provide an excellent natural result with ethical provision of treatments?

During the entry process a mystery shopper will visit your practice and undertake a full consultation as any other client would. A full report from the shopper will be submitted.

All entries for this Mystery Shopped category must be submitted prior to August 13, 2017

  • Choice of location ? How does your clinic meet and cater for demand in the area you have opened in?
  • Well thought out practice interiors and design. How do you make the look and feel of the practice appeal to your clientele.
  • An informative and education website.
  • Ethical marketing and promotion of your practice and the procedures you offer.
  • An excellent treatment menu with products, treatments and services that meet the demand of your clients and reflect your expertise.
  • Forward thinking development and management of the practice.
  • Your reputation.
  • Excellent levels of customer service and patient care.
  • Knowledgeable, well-trained and professional staff.
  • A point of difference from the opposition.
  • Leading the industry forward with innovative ideas.
  • A minimum of one patient case study that demonstrates the results your practice provides to patients.
  • Testimonials from patients.
  • Evidence of the clinical expertise of your surgeons.
  • Ethical provision of treatments and adherence to best practice.

Any Aesthetic Practice team based in Australia and New Zealand

How will this category be judged?

During the entry process a mystery shopper will visit your practice and undertake a full consultation as any other client would. A full report from the shopper will be submitted.

  • Demonstration that the team works cohesively to make sure the patient receives the best results as efficiently as possible.
  • Excellent customer and patient care.
  • A positive atmosphere and team spirit within the clinic.
  • A supportive culture.
  • Testimonials from patients/clients.

Any Plastic Surgery or Aesthetic Practice based in Australia and New Zealand. ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member) This award will be open to any practice that has opened in the last 18 months.

Any Medispa based in the Australia and New Zealand. ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member) This award will be open to any practice that has opened in the last 18 months.

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created based on the number of votes you receive from you patients, industry peers and suppliers. The winner will be decided based on the result of a full Customer Service Audit. During the entry process a mystery shopper will visit your practice and undertake a full consultation as any other client would. A full report from the shopper will be submitted.

Criteria

All entries for this Mystery Shopped category must be submitted prior to August 13, 2017. The winner will demonstrate that they excel in the following areas

The winner will be decided based on the result of a full Customer Service Audit. During the entry process a mystery shopper will visit your practice and undertake a full consultation as any other client would. A full report from the shopper will be submitted.

Criteria

All entries for this Mystery Shopped category must be submitted prior to August 13, 2017. Male grooming is on the increase. The winner will demonstrate that they excel in the following areas

  • Choice of location ? How does your clinic meet and cater for demand in the area you have opened in?
  • Well thought out practice interiors and design. How do you make the look and feel of the practice specifically target the male clientele.
  • An informative and education website.
  • Ethical marketing and promotion of your practice and the procedures you offer. How do you attract patients and target the male market
  • An excellent treatment menu with products, treatments and services that meet the demand of your male clients and reflect your expertise. Do you offer a holistic approach to male grooming.
  • Forward thinking development and management of the practice.
  • Your reputation.
  • Excellent levels of customer service and patient care.
  • Knowledgeable, well-trained and professional staff.
  • A point of difference from the opposition.
  • Leading the industry forward with innovative ideas.
  • A minimum of one patient case study that demonstrates the results your practice provides to patients.

Any Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Aesthetic Practice based in the Australia and New Zealand. Your surgeons/Dermatologists must be board certified. ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member)

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created based on the number of votes you receive from you patients, industry peers and suppliers. The winner will be decided based on the result of a full Customer Service Audit. During the entry process a mystery shopper will visit your practice and undertake a full consultation as any other client would. A full report from the shopper will be submitted.

All entries for this Mystery Shopped category must be submitted prior to August 13, 2017. Entrants will have to demonstrate outstanding performance in the following areas:

  • Exemplary patient care.
  • Demonstration of the patient journey from initial handling of enquiries, consultation and treatment through to follow up and aftercare.
  • Handling of and dealing with complaints and complications in a timely and ethical manner.
  • Knowledgeable, well-trained and professional staff.
  • Evidence of high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent waiting area facilities.
  • A welcoming environment.
  • Patient/client testimonials.
  • Friendly and approachable staff who deal quickly and efficiently with both initial enquiries and/or complaints.

Who can enter?

Any Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Aesthetic Practice based in Australia and New Zealand. ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member)

This award will be open to all businesses that have a chain of practices based in Australia and New Zealand. ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member)

The winner will be decided based on the result of a full Customer Service Audit. During the entry process a mystery shopper will visit your practice and undertake a full consultation as any other client would. A full report from the shopper will be submitted.

Criteria

All entries for this Mystery Shopped category must be submitted prior to August 13, 2017. The winner will have to demonstrate:

  • Branding and synergy across all practices.
  • Treatments, technologies and services that make your chain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Locations and quality of the practices within the chain.
  • Ethical marketing and promotion of services.
  • The patient experience ? how unique is it from start to finish, how do you put your patients at ease.
  • Consultations and provisions of information about treatments.
  • Aftercare.
  • Your website ? How easy is it for patients to find information and find the right practice
  • Customer service ? How do your staff work together to make sure that the patient receives the best results as efficiently as possible.
  • Training ? What in house training programmes are in place to ensure there is a continuity of treatment knowledge, procedures and patient care across the practice chain?

Any website associated with a Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Aesthetic Practice based in the Australia and New Zealand. ( Must be a MyFaceMyBody Member)

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created based on the number of votes you receive from you patients, industry peers and suppliers The shortlisted websites will be tested by mystery shoppers who will feed back to the judges on how accessible, informative and user-friendly they found the site to be.

Criteria

Entrants will have to demonstrate outstanding performance in the following areas:

  • Provision of excellent, original and helpful information for people looking to learn more about your clinic and the treatments you offer.
  • A website that is accessible and easy to navigate.
  • A website that is educational and consumer focused.
  • Ethical promotion of products and treatments including POMs.
  • A website that works efficiently on mobile devices.
  • Links to social media.
  • Content such as blogs and educational articles.
  • Video content.
  • A website that is visually attractive and has a well thought out design.

Who can enter?

Any Journalist or Beauty Blogger based in Australia and New Zealand.

How will this category be judged?

The judges will be awarding this prize to a health and beauty writer who has broken a major news story or consistently produced informative, educational and entertaining work. The journalist or blogger must demonstrate that they have motivated, inspired and successfully advised their readers and shown knowledge in the subjects they are reporting on and had an impact in the Aesthetic and Beauty Industry.

  • The judges will be awarding this prize to a health and beauty writer who has broken a major news story or consistently produced informative, educational and entertaining work. The journalist or blogger must demonstrate that they have motivated, inspired and successfully advised their readers and shown knowledge in the subjects they are reporting on and had an impact in the Aesthetic and Beauty Industry.

Who can enter?

How will this category be judged?

The shortlist will be created based on the number of votes you receive from you patients, industry peers and suppliers. The Judges will score based on 5 areas and how well the criteria has been met.

  • A memorable advertising/marketing campaign that meets its objectives.
  • Well-designed advertising and marketing literature.
  • Outstanding communication of product information.
  • A campaign which creates a strong brand identity.
  • Delivery of growth as a result of your campaign.
